I love talking about Intuition and Cheri Greenfield, psychotherapist and Spiritual State Coaching graduate, said it like this, “Intuition is trusting something bigger than me. Trusting a knowing wisdom that is ordinary—now that I know what it is.”

This week Cheri shares some surprising ways that intuition has strengthened and grown over the past 10 months including one day where a series of synchronicities and signs showed up, one right after the other. We all have intuitive capacities and research shows that developing our intuition helps us to make better and quicker decisions, to know in a broader way than our thinking mind allows, and opens us to a form of guidance that is accessible to each one of us.
