Dear Common Awakening Companions,

In Hindu spiritual traditions, Hridaya is the spiritual heart, a secret cave that lies within us and connects us beyond the physical heart into our state of Fullness. Our heart is our powerful center on the awakening journey that calls us into the profound mystery of feeling, knowing, seeing, and hearing the essence of our beautiful being.

Our heart center can be interpreted as a spiral gently descending into a sacred cave within us. Its endpoint is infinite, always beckoning us to delve deeper and sink softer. When we gently circle into the mystical heart center, we find that we land within the center of all centers.

This week I offer an audio meditation for you to experience the cave of the heart with compelling visual art to carry you even deeper into your experience.
