A Warm Sunday Morning to Each of You...

We just returned from the liminal spaces of Ireland, and we spent a day together dreaming into what would make our hearts sing with joy in 2023. We brimmed with really good ideas (and some not so good). Then it all stopped. 

On the one hand, we know what works, what others in our field are doing, and how reason encourages us to follow the predictable course. On the other hand, we are led by our love for you. This means the vision that leads us at Common Awakening is not ours alone.

We need you.

This week we stood in the Irish landscape of the great poet W.B. Yeats and contemplated his words that rose from liminal living. As he writes in his poem, Aedh Wishes for the Cloths of Heaven, 

"I have spread my dreams under your feet. Tread softly because you tread on my dreams."

We could forge ahead into 2023 filled with the dreams of Annie & Annmarie. We could plan and persuade you to join us. We aren't going to do that.

We need your dreams.

Tell us what you long for. Tell us what you most need. Tell us what would make a difference for you.

We want to hear from you and together create the dreams that we tread softly on together. We enter into 2023 with clarity that we will be led by that which is greater than ourselves. That alone is the very reason we are here, and we guess that is just the very reason you join us too.
